Isolated by the Cold War and divided by the wall, I was born and bred in the streets of Berlin. Growing up amongst artists and creatives in a city that is known to be tolerant of alternative attitudes, lifestyles, and ideologies, I am the result of urban culture from the then capital of European Cool.
With over 25 years of experience, I'm a leader in creative strategy and an expert in designing change for global brands. I've worked in agency networks like TBWA\, Dentsu and Publicis as well as independent agencies Scholz & Friends, Springer & Jacoby and Simons Palmer. Always caring about the work and the results it produces. In my current gig, I've helped Publicis Italy to climb from creative No-man’s land to the world’s most awarded agency for two years running. Out of my home office in southwest London and on the ground in Amsterdam and Milan, I am leading an integrated strategy team of 25 people for brands like adidas, Heineken, Oreo, Mercedes, Bottega Veneta, Netflix, Tissot, Toblerone and many more. As Global CSO of LePub, I'm ideating and leading the strategic offering for a new breed of agency with the ambition to fight creative mediocrity with innovative, data driven work that resonates in culture. In my job I basically ensure that nobody gets complacent or ignores the truth of culture. LePub has been nominated Contagious Pioneer and Adweek creative agency to watch. |
